How to Get the Perfect Beach Body
Want to know the fastest way to get the perfect beach body?
It’s all in the mindset.
First, you need to identify that there’s no such thing as perfect.
Second, you need to understand that all bodies are beach bodies. (If you have a body, and you’re at the beach, you have a beach body.)
Third, ask yourself who the heck is at this beach that you need to impress, and WHY.
If you feel you need validation from others, especially in a vulnerable place where you’re already half naked (depending on your swimwear), that’s something that will require some self reflection.
I bet you don’t need validation.
I bet you need a hug and for someone to tell you they’re sorry for whatever they didn’t give you in childhood.
Imagine being at the beach on a beautiful day and NOT hearing the waves or breathing the salt air or feeling the sun on your face because you spent the entire time worried about what STRANGERS thought of YOUR body??
Exercise feels good; it gives you energy; it boosts your mood; it makes you strong; it keeps you healthy; it reduces your biological age; it reduces your chances of getting dementia…
Exercise is NOT punishment for what you ate, or a means to getting a body you think others will approve of.
YOLO?? Exactly!
You only live ONCE, so you can’t afford to give all your precious energy to people and thoughts that don’t serve you.
